Loose Threads

Occasional appearance of a loose thread is not a defect and not to worry about.  This may happen due to traffic or general stretch.  Just cut-off the loose thread using a scissor.  Do not try to pull it out.

Cleaning

DO NOT use brush or scrub to clean off the dust, only vacuum clean it occasionally.  Regular vacuuming is important to keep rugs in good condition. It helps to remove any surface dirt before it can be ground into the fibres and prevents discolouration and staining with time.  To maintain the life and quality of the rug, it is recommended to get the rug cleaned by professional cleaners once a year.

Stain Cleaning

Clean spills immediately so that they do not become set in the rug.  Do not rub stains as it can cause them to become set in the fibres, rather blot them with a cloth.  Ensure that any cleaning products are completely removed after cleaning.  After cleaning, use dry towels to absorb remaining moisture.
